Grabbed by a mad Man?

yesterday, my aunt and I took a walk to Garden City Mall again while Apartment hunting for her future work trips. funny thing is we're never brave enuff to come out in the noon b'cos the sun is intense and usually by the time we step out at 5ish, we'll have to get a Taxi back b'cos it's dark and there are potholes in random places. Anyhow, I'm still a bit frightened after a mad man grabbed my thighs yesterday. I clearly saw him coming and moved out the way but he followed my direction and had to get a piece of me...I cldn't say anything to him...I trembled a bit but walked faster...what does it mean!lol.
